How it works
A Step by Step guide explaining our process
Our Assessment Process
Site Inspection & Documentation
A qualified assessor reviews all painted surfaces, including walls, ceilings, timber trims, doors, windows, joinery interfaces, wet areas, and external coatings.
Every identified imperfection is photographed and documented in detail.
Industry-Standard Evaluation
All observations are benchmarked against the minimum requirements outlined in:
AS/NZS 2311 – Guide to the Painting of Buildings
AS/NZS 2589 – Gypsum Linings
Relevant manufacturer specifications for primers, fillers, coatings, and surface preparation
Professional Reporting
A comprehensive, easy-to-follow report is generated. Each defect is paired with a corresponding photograph and includes:
A clear description of the issue
The cause (where identifiable)
The recommended rectification method
The applicable industry standard or best-practice guideline
Quality Assurance Outcome
The final report provides the property owner with authoritative documentation to ensure all imperfections are rectified correctly before final payment is made.
This process protects the client’s investment by ensuring workmanship is completed to a professional and durable standard.
Our Commitment
R3NO Pty Ltd is committed to delivering transparency, professionalism, and industry-aligned quality control.
Our inspection and reporting system ensures that clients receive the standard of finish they paid for — and that contractors have clear, actionable guidance to complete all rectifications correctly.
